- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Stretch out a piece of bacon and width ways cut/slice in half.
- Roll up the sausage in the half-piece of bacon and place seam-side-down on a non-stick foil lined baking sheet. Repeat until all of the sausages and bacon are used up.,
- If you prefer brown sugar to honey, generously coat rolled up sausage's with brown sugar.
- Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven, until the sugar is bubbly and the bacon reaches your desired crispiness.
- Skip this step if you used brown sugar. Drizzle on a little honey, place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
- To serve, place the wieners in a slow cooker and keep on the low setting.
